Hi. I create visuals. I make films. I tell stories. And when I feel blocked or need to process or channel emotions, I perform rituals. I live off of fresh ideas and abstract thought. My passion for art runs deeply through my connection to nature and consciousness. From an early age I was fascinated by mysticism and magic. Always drawn to the subtle ways in which we connect to our highest selves, to our truest nature – to Source. The alignment of life and this interconnectedness led me into deep meditation & yoga study. That was 11 years ago and I’ve been teaching it ever since. Originally certified in Classical Hatha Yoga and further study of Vipassana Meditation, Restorative and Anusara Yoga, I developed tools and techniques that have helped me along the way as well as many of my students over the years. Creating a unique approach to movement, breath, mindfulness and art has been the foundation on which I build, heal and evolve.
I spent 5 years creating and teaching holistic wellness programs at The Ritz-Carlton. Working with athletes, executives and high-profile clients to help them reconnect to Self and achieve optimal health and alignment. This led me to creating Boho City. A space that allowed for free expression. A conduit for creative work and a place for this on-going and ever-changing conversation.
Teaching through a modern scope how to incorporate meditation, yoga, ritual and the daily use of plants, herbs and oils was the result of my own healing journey. It became ingrained into my system as I learned how to apply these ancient traditions into my everyday, modern life. I now channel this study of healing and sacred work through consulting, guest speaking and in films. From directing movies and music videos to working as a creative consultant in several industries including most recently the booming cannabis industry. Developing brands, products and retail stores that continue to shine a light on the roots of the industry and the sacred plant medicine that it is. All roads connect.
Stay connected. Reach out if you need help.
